Go Place

We happened to be in Toronto waiting to fly international and were a bit tense about it all. We decided to check out this spa to maybe get rid of the stress before our flight. I’m not a spa person, not a manicure or massage type person either. I don’t care for swimming either. With all that being said, this place was awesome! I would absolutely recommend going here either before or after a long flight.nnFirst off, for Americans it is much cheaper than the CAD cost so keep that in mind.nnIt felt like a clean environment with staff constantly replacing towels with new ones, wiping down floors, etc. The jacuzzis were great and I loved the steam room! I will say I would’ve liked for there to be seats in the saunas, as I’m not big on laying on the floor, but that’s just my preference so oh well.nnThis place is huge and packed with various areas to go and has a cafeteria with some pretty solid food.nnAll in all, pretty nice place, especially for the price. Will definitely be making this a travel tradition.

I wasn’t entirely sure before booking, but I went ahead—and it was definitely worth the price. You’ll need at least a good 5 to 6 hours to fully enjoy all the rooms. If you’re interested in additional services like facials or massages, they do cost extra. I had a one-hour calming facial, and it was fantastic. The food was high quality and reasonably priced.

A place to come and relax and get away from it all, and what do people do, bring their phones. They do have a place to play games on computers. The gym has limited equipment but there are pool tables.nIt's best if you come with a friend to keep you company. The hot tubs are separated from each other in the locker rooms.nLots of bed /chairs to just lie down and relax.nOverall I enjoyed it and will go back.

This is the place I always come back to whenever I need to unwind. The staff are incredibly friendly, skilled, and genuinely caring. I had both a facial and a massage — my skin felt radiant and my body felt so light afterwards. The space is spotless, the scent of essential oils is calming… it’s a true healing zone. Highly recommend if you need to recharge your energy.

It was my first time coming here and the experience was exceptional. Yesterday was my mom’s Birthday and I wanted to treat her to a relaxing spa day. Now before coming here, I had read the reviews and was getting mixed feelings about taking her here, as some people were displeased with the servicewasn’t my experience though. Customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived to when we left and cleanliness is definitely prioritized here. It was our first time and the staff were really good in helping us navigate the facilities. The Spa is beautiful, clean and has a great ambiance. They give you the option of wearing their free robes or a shirt and shorts and then if you want you can buy their slippers for $3.50most people I saw at the spa were wearing the slippers. I booked my mom for the RMT hot stone massage and she absolutely loved it We met a woman and her mother who also got massages here and they loved it as well. Although it might be on the pricey side but it was well worth it. The hot rooms across the spas were my favourite as I found it both relaxing and detoxing. The infrared lights were also a personal favourite and based on how these sections were full for most of the day, it seemed like most people liked it as well. The food here is also good and the customer service was excellent. This spa experience superseded my exceptions and my mom had such an amazing time.
