Stay far away from these shady mechanics! Wish I could rate zero star. Totally dishonest service! I don’t ever write negative reviews but felt compelled to warn others. I shared my first honest review about my service on their Facebook business page, only to then notice an hour later - they removed their whole review section!  Does that not sadly tell you everything you need to know about this “business”? They hide behind their complaints and don’t want others seeing the truth!  and when they got called out on their horrible service and follow up, they went and removed the ability to share customer reviews and opinions.  Truth is these guys damaged my car and failed to tell me at pick up. They also failed to put my car back together properly, and have an absolute ridiculous mark up on their car parts. I urge anyone reading this to shop elsewhere.   You cannot trust these mechanics!  It was my first visit and will 100% be my last!

R&R was recommended to me by a co-worker who had been using them for years. From the first visit we could tell that they treat customers like family and are trust worthy and respectable guys. We have been using them for several years to do everything from oil changes to major repairs. They tell you how it is and do not up sell or find additional issues just to make you spend more. Its a great feeling knowing that you wont be taken advantage of when dropping of your vehicle, like other dealers and repair shops in the area!

Found this gem, Lexus of Barrie quoted me over a $100 for a bushing repair. R & R got me in on a moments notice and did the repair in under 30 Mins, for far less than originally quoted. I will be going back, thanks guys great work!
