Fast and great service!!
The technician came only 2 hours after our call and replaced the burned motor of our furnace on the spot. 
Very knowledgeable and very helpful tech.

The customer service wasn't great on the phone to begin with. They wouldn't even tell me what could be the problem they kept pushing for an evaluation. I got an evaluation and supposed testing. They fixed what seemed to be the problem and not even two weeks later there is again a problem and they want us to pay another 125$ for an evaluation.  I feel there should be at least a minimum work guarantee... they said all their tests were fine so this puts into question their testing methods certainly.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER.The tech does a "DIAGNOSTIC" test for $125.00 + tax and determines the motor seized. He explains why they will never find the same motor and should have a new system installed for $2200-2500 plus tax, The next day or two I call back to tell them I found the exact motor. I was told the teck will call me back. HE NEVER DID. I GUESS THIS WAY WAS NOT PROFITABLE ENOUGH

Very honest and reliable, took their time to explain things, and were friendly and courteous during installation. No pressure, and what seems to be quality workmanship.

The worst service I ever had! 
The worst and unprofessional technician I ever saw! He knows nothing. 
Don't call them,  they will charge you for nothing or, the technician will damage your system!
