I had a problem with my septic tank and called Rochon. Within 2 hours they arrived and detected the problem to the floater. The part was ordered then installed 2 days later . I could not have received better service anywhere.

I am very happy with my experience with Rochon. I needed some emergency work done on a friday afternoon before the construction holiday. The job was well done, promptly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. Great experience.

The absolute worst value could not have done a worse job, cause he had to come back and redo the same work twice, while trying to charge two times for the same job. Very dissonest Left an awful mess, took apart some exhaust vents and wall coverings and didnt put them back or tell us that he took them off in the first place. Save yourself, run away from this terrible company. waited to pay to see if the second time around fixed the problem, but now considering wether or not to pay or bring this guy to small claims court. be ye warned

This company would not even come to SEE what the problem was with my dishwasher not draining. They just wanted to pass the buck to the manufacturer of the dishwasher. Very lazy and not very customer service oriented.

Apparently rich enough to not charge doubletime on the weekend to fix a problem they caused can,t wait to see my water bill with two commercial toilets shooting water straight through and not stopping to flush.
