Very bad service, Very expensive, When you have an equipment to fix they will try to change parts which don't need to be change just to make you pay more. Very disappointed. I expected a much better job from a big store like this.

From the one time I visited, I thought it was very decent, equipment is neatly placed and the store is pretty clean and organised, no one was impolite towards me and I got the help I needed, U-Haul as usual sucks, but that's not really their fault. Would go again if I needed to
