My partner purchased sand mixed bags for a project and over estimated amount needed by approximately $2000.00. At the time purchase, he was advised by an employee that he could bring it back should he not need all of it and it did not have to be within the store policy as he understood this work would take some time. Went there today and was advised that it was to late. Went to speak to Francois Rousseau to see if he would at least give me a store credit as he often purchases teams in this location, after a conversation where Francois requested that he wanted to inspect all bags which i fully understood and agreed to, he wanted me to load the skid not to use his man power, which again i agreed and than added that he would not provide me a store credit of the same value, he wanted to make money on my mistake and my labour after spending on this item alone over $4500 he gave no service and no empathy. This is where the rich get richer...abundantly clear he is looking after his own pocket...I am confidence is saying that returning these bags where he would buy items in your location should be profit enough and you would be helping a customer...i guess greed is how you got where you are.nLesson learned where not to shop,

Very exceptional customer service from the team especially for my first time visit here. I would like to specially say thank you to the Owner and the two other employees for taking time and making sure to load the purchase and that I would be able to drive safely today. Very much appreciated your kind and friendly gesture.

I will start by saying the staffs service was good. However their return policy makes no sense. I bought two folding doors one fit and the other doesn't. My husban tried to returned the door back with the 14 days return policy. They said no to exchange and return because the plastic on the door was removed. However we must removed the platic to check whether the door works and fits. No where it states on their receipt this policy refound. For this reason I will not buy anything from them again.

I was at the store at 4h45 on Thursday . I got very Nicely help from an employee to buy things for my dishwasher. The store close at 5h00 and at 5h10 the cashier started to talk about the the time. I was upset and the employee was between helping me and listening to the cashier. I think we were little late but after all the customers have to be served and if you have any things to to say as employee you should say gently and professionally toward the customers if not we feel throwing out the store. I put fives stars for the the man who helped me.

Excellent friendly service. Very knowledgeable staff. Best hardware store in Laval. This is a small BMR with a BIG heart
