Convenient location on Arthur Sauvé Blvd in Laval Ouest. The employees are nice and they have a wide variety of products ranging from food to makeup to over the counter meds. They even take ID photos and have a Pharmacy and Canada Post section inside. They also implemented a self serve machine in the front which is a plus.

Great and wonderful staff although the security at the door was not that helpful. The store have great pharmacy, Canada post and photo lab.

I have no complain. Very modern place ,organized and clean. Service is good and it has every product you would find in a pharmacy.

The pharmacists and support staff at this pharmacy are just extraordinary! They are knowledgeable, accommodating, supportive and friendly! During some extenuating circumstances that we have faced, they have gone above and beyond! Each and every pharmacist at this location, dedicates time to their clients and makes sure that they are aware of any and all details pertaining to their needs. Technicians like Aziza and all other who work hard behind the scenes, are always quick and pleasant. There are not enough words to help describe how wonderful they are! A definite 5 star! Thank you, to each and every one of you for all that you do!

I went to this Jean Coutu this afternoon around 5PM and received very bad service. I have been in the counter of Lancome, took the tester and tried the lipstick color on the back of my hand. Suddenly, an employee came to my place and shouted at my face that I have to ask them first if I want to try the products. I asked her whether the ones I tried are the testers in order to emphasize that I did not do any wrong, but she was still very rude, stared at me and shouted again that these are testers but I still have to ask them if I want to try. After that, she left and it seems that she whispered something with her colleague. They made me feel that they backbitten something about me and behave in a racist way because I'm Asian.nI have been in many other stores, eg Sephora, Pharmaprix and even other Jean Coutu but the employees are very nice and they never request the clients to get their permission before trying the testers.nI don't care if those people behave in the same way in their personal life, however, if you are the employees of a company/store, please kindly be polite and professional. This was the first and also the last time I come to this store, never be back again.
