Wonderful grocery store with excellent service, great ambience and well layout/organized store. The staff are super friendly and helpful especially when looking for certain products within the store. The prices could be a little up but that is fine. Big parking lot as well.....

Ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with fries and once I got home there were only about 10 fries in the box. So disappointed, it was for my kids to share and there wasn’t even enough for one portion. Shame on you Martine for cutting back on portion size .

Very clean place , nice staff and very accessible location. I think it's the best grocery store in its neighborhood!

Excellent service, atmosphere and good prices/deals. IGA is not the cheapest supermarket but it is worth the slightly higher prices for the freshness, quality and availability. Their staff is always super friendly. THAT alone makes me enjoy going their for my shopping needs.

One good reason to avoid Laval west. This store Are they putting their most beaten up fruits& veg in my online order? No, they wouldnt do that would they...

Very clean and organized store. There are arrows to let you know what direction you must go for each isle. Near the cashier's, there is a rope that will not allow you to pick any cashier, rather you must go to the end of the rope and enter from there. Social distancing is a definite must and masks are obligatory upon entering. I believe that when you enter the store, you must take a shopping cart and there is a limit to shoppers at any given time.

Do NOT do online deliveries from this place. They didn't give me half my order, in addition, they substituted my items with things cheaper for them I ordered full size products, they gave me half-size products i.e. lipton chicken noodle soup, they gave me "cup of soup" instead. Plus, all the vegetables they gave me were rotten with mold. Not at all worth the 10$ delivery fees. Never, ever, ever again.

I have made online order in March and it was delivered 1st of April. I have found that yogurt was expired, some items replaced with expensive one, some weren't delivered. It is worst experience with IGA.

ok overall , layout of this store not optimized , but my biggest concern is that they have very little beer selection compared to most IGAs and not enought beers in fridges either. To compare the Metro nearby has way more cold ones and to choose from.

Same as metro, too expensive for the same articles elsewhere for less.. Why???? and please do not tell me the ambience..
