It was totally worth the visit! It has about ~5 outdoor tables and has beautiful views/shade. I was greeted with smiles and it was just the perfect communication I expect from a top notch friendly shop and the order came out within a minute! The Affogato I got was done perfectly with the right balance and taste. I finally feel like I’m on vacation now.
I’ve been to this cafe a few times and had good interactions with staff when buying their delicious chocolate sea salt cookies unfortunately today was different. We had come in around 1pm and saw that a staff member had taken the cookies out of the oven and as there was only one in the jar we wanted 4 we had asked if they’d be ready after an hour as they were too hot to sell at that moment. We came back in and none were out so we asked the girl behind the counter and she looked at us as if we were stupid and said we put them in the freezer. The whole interaction was embarrassing and there was no offer to sell us the frozen cookies, not even a simple apology for any confusion. The experience has soured my opinion of the cafe as we’re new to the area and were excited to find a place with good baking. Today we’ve walked away with nothing.
Best lentil soup, quinoa salad, plum cake and date bar ever! What a find while visiting Sidney. Food so fresh and friendly staff. Kudos!

While we were visiting, kids wanted ice cream ..googled and Quince came up! Cute little Cafe...no seating inside so ordering is restricted to a tiny area which made it difficult to see the menu board...as there were people waiting...not wheelchair accessible...only had a few flavors of ice cream but they were very good ...some seating is available in the front...such a cute area to walk around and close to the waterfront...
Cute cafe with yummy lattes and baked goods. I love the decor and the name. Friendly staff as well. Will have to come back to try the ice cream :
Love this little cafe. The food is reasonably priced and the staff are very kind. I love the kale salad with a VGF cookie on the side <3
A nice little cafe run by friendly people. Seems like a popular place. The place was humming. I had a cup of dark coffee with with a blueberry muffin. Both very good. I will definitely recommend them. Their soups must be good too, as I saw a few people asking for soup. They have patio seating
Really cute place. Ladies are lovely coffee and sweets are very delicious.
Noticed quite a selection of baked goods & green salad. Uncertain like drawing straws so ended selected the spinach quiche paired with dark roast coffee. Discovered I had to order an extra serving because it tasted so so delicious. Was it correct to have quiche for breakfast I wonder? For me definitely it was no mistake. By 8:30 am all tables were occupied in this small corner cafe so finishing my breakfast I hastily made my departure to have seat vacant for the next customer. Next visit for lunch I'm planning to try the daily soup what ever it is. Must be good, eh.
