I'm a regular at Quince. I ordered my usual drink from a new employee who didn't make it quite the same way as I am accustomed to. I asked him to confirm that it was the right mix. They were busy, however, so I told him not to worry and just took it and carried on my way. Twenty minutes later, the same employee came into my place of work with a new drink! He confirmed that the mix wasn't correct and the owner asked him to remake it and take it to me. I'm trying to remember the last time I had such outstanding service. Amazing!

What a delightful shop this is! It has wonderful baking and a variety of interesting food offerings. It is located in the heart of Sidney, and is close to the waterfront. There is outdoor seating for nice days. You won't be disappointed if you stop here for food, a coffee, tea or some ice cream.

We just dropped by for tea and a latte, so can't comment on the good-looking food/pastry/ice cream, but our drinks were wonderful. The staff was super friendly and we're clearly having a good time. Cool and cute place!

I come here all the time! The baked goods are amazing! The service is super friendly. Decor is fresh and stylish. I'm super happy something this wonderful finally opened up in Sidney. Would 100% recommend it!!
