Rumrunner Pub & Restaurant

Very, very quiet in the evening I was there. An open fire, a very good choice of beer, and a tasty and filling chicken pot pie hit the spot. The waiting staff were very attentive (and so they should be, I was almost the only person in), and I found it an authentic experience rather than the sterile hotel next door. If I end up in the area again, I'd certainly go back.

I have to say while visiting here I went to dinner at the Rumrunner Pub & Resort the food was excellent & the service was amazing I would recommend highly to anyone I give it a 5

This restaurant needs renovating from the outdated tired decor to the kitchen. Overpriced lunch menu , very ordinary presentation , small portions and extra price for dip for chicken ! Will not go again . Too many options in town. The restaurant has a lovely view , but nothing else .

Gluten-free fish and chips!! Doesn't take much deep-fried goodness to make me happy. Although, I must say, the batter was a bit bland. Nice and crispy and light, though. Patio is lovely. My hubby had the pot pie and it wasn't great. Still giving 5 starts because it's hard to find GF fish & chips.

Great view, cozy interior with fireplaces in the bar and restaurant area as well as pretty good food. Some of the items we ordered were made from frozen (from the kids menu) maybe a sauce from the bottle with the calamari but the mains seemed fresh and were good. Overall it was a good find, kid friendly with crayons. Perfect especially if you just want to have a few beers.
