Quincaillerie St-Lazare

I bought a product from this store that was reduced from 9$ to 7$. After I left I checked the receipt and it had the 9$ price on it, I went back to the store and expected to get the product free as the consumer protection law says: "The Price accuracy policy provides for compensation if the price requested at the cash register is higher than the price indicated in the store. The merchant must: give you the good for free if the item costs $10 or less; sell you the good at the displayed price minus $10 if the good costs more than $10.". The store refused to refund me my money. Disgusting.

Good local hardware store from the Home Hardware chain. Nice to have around to avoid going to the big box stores in the next town. Convenience store prices as there's no local competition.

J'adore cette quincaillerie, je trouve toujours un produit qui comble mes besoins dans ce petit magasin encombré mais sympathique. L'atmosphère, qui y règne, me fait penser à celle d'un magasin général d'antan ou le personnel est attentionné et ou nous pouvons trouver de tout.
