I had never seen a bad return policy like this. We bought many items over there as we are renovating. When returning what was not working for us, they inspected the package thoroughly, said it was opened and that they will keep 15% from the item because the package is damaged! One of the pine door we returned had a very thin plastic film over it and was already half ripped when we bought it. We did not get 15% off of it because the packaging was damaged. Also the door railing system was taped when we bought it and returned it in the same state we bought it. So out of this $500 purchased, the store supervisor only refund us 85% of it, which means they kept $75. I will definitely not buy there anymore. Home depot has greater customer service and their return policy is amazing and simple.

We got our vanity here, and we absolutely love it! As clearly demonstrated in the website as we saw it in person. The guy who works there is very helpful, he helped us creating the account, and our contractor came and pick up the vanity with the receipt a week after. Everything went smoothly and we were very delighted with the customer service.

Used to be a great store! Now it’s constantly low/out of stock. Barely enough staff to function. Expect one cash doing checkout and returns and that’s it. Staff is friendly, only saving grace.

Worst return policy on the planet. They basically stole $15 from me. If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband bought me some spray paint and of course didn’t take the receipt. When I opened it, the nozzle broke in half, making it unuseable. I tried to exchange it - a whole can of paint , so clearly I never used it, and the boss wouldn’t let the staff make the exchange. In hindsight, I should have just bought a new one and exchanged the old one, but customers shouldn’t have to resort to something like that. Just be better. I will never make another purchase here. I’d rather drive to Vaudreuil and go to Home Depot than support this business anymore. What a horrible customer experience.

Very bad experience. They didn't tell us it was the final sale. Nothing written there. When we return it they didn't take it. Never again buy from there. We lost our money for buying the tiles. Don't know why they hire people who doesn't know anything.

I did go. To get dirt and. A trap for those japanese beatle. They have it all ro gardening fountain. To. All your gardenings. Needs. They have all for bbq. And a few. Smoker. They sell. Lumber and construction. Stuff all from. Stone to singles. To electrical also. My experiance is. They are verry helpfull in all your needs. And they can also deliver. I. Realey. Love that place.

I always shop at Rona since I find most of what I need there and the service was always good. Plus I try to support brick and mortar stores when possible. However lately I felt the service changed a bit, the employees are not as helpful as they used to be. The last time I went there to price match a tool I found at amazon the employee right away said "I don't match amazon" and was about to walk away from me... The next day I went to the competitor orange colours and they price matched amazon in a heart beat and they also shipped the item to my house since they did not have it in stock extra cost for them! Talk about service!!

This location has implemented and is enforcing the extremely controversial v-pass QR scanning at their entrance. This service was once deemed “essential” which is of course no more. Shop here to encourage a complete disregard for personal medical privacy and human rights violations in your neighbourhood.

A pleasant shopping experience. This store very often has what I need and its staff are always friendly and helpful.

Rona supports discrimination by utilizing the Quebec Vaxicode QR system. Rona is a building supply and material company, and is essential for me to run my business. Staff were rude and aggressive when asking. As a builder who spends over $200,000 annually there, I will be taking my business to a small family run shop that does not use the QR system and treats me with respect, as expected in a democratic society
