Booked an SUV while booking a Vistara air ticketPick up from T3 Delhi. The driver called me repeatedly after I landed to know where is my drop, where he should pick me up from and the fact that I need to pay Rs. 200 extra for the parking chargesnot sure why he needed to park the car- he just had to pick me up. Pick up and drop details were clearly mentioned by me when I had booked the cab. I told him to check the details himself from the company's side. The driver turned extremely rude thereafter. There was an utter lack of professionalism that he refused to turn up at all. Moreover, he kept rejecting my phone callscalled him 6-7 times. The customer care kept misguiding me that the driver is on the spot. 30 minutes post my scheduled pick up time, the customer care told me that the car has broken down. It just seemed very scamy! I had paid the fare in advance since it said the amount is guaranteed of booked in advance. Not sure if I should feel stupid for trusting Quick Ride. Apart from the mental harrasment, this ordeal led me to be late for my scheduled meeting. Had to book the usual taxi at the airport.
I had very bad experience. I booked a airport pickup cab for1.15 AM. When we checked after landing there was no cab allocated. I called customer support and he was saying fair is very high and you can look for alternative. If we have to look for alternative then why we should book cab from quick ride prior. Please think twice if you are booking cab for late night.
Please don't book their services, had a pathetic experience. There was a confusion regarding the with toll/without toll booking and the manager started shouting at us only. The driver also stopped the car midway around 1km away from the airport where no other cab services were accepting our booking as the only pickup points in the airport are terminal 2 and uber/ola pickup point. If one is travelling alone especially a women, please don't rely on this cab service.
I worked as operation executive. We have to work for 12 hours per day for only 16k. No Government or festival holidays . They don't give salary on time if we work only 15days in a month that salary also will hold and if we ask they say like it will give with next month salary. @Knm Rao he don't even know how to treat their employees egoistic man.This man treat employees like his slaves. He only know to add penalty penalty penalty. I think he won't deserve to be run this company. And he may grow business not by taxi services it is only by adding penalty on employees and drivers. Sometimes we have to work on weakoff also for that they won't give single rupees extra except actual salary. There is no proportional system inside the company. Knm Rao - he is worthless for that position. Always like angry and scolding like we are his slaves. Manhandling person. I never see such a worst manager. Big fraudsters liers They always lie to their drivers. Won't pay their Money ontime. Always lie by saying today Sunday 2nd Saturday it will come. Even they call to ask most of the time won't respond them. Till accepting trip and dropping customer they will respond to driver after that they won't ask his problem for single minute.
The worst taxi company i have ever seen.. They don't treat well to their drivers. Driver will accept the ride and if we call them they are saying like If we take airport trips they will remove us and assign trips to their EV vehicle that's why we are not doing local trips also.. And many drivers saying they hold money and unnecessary add penalty Worst than uber and ola
Offlate the route selection in app is taking long routes while booking for carpool and not serving the purpose as the travel route increases & not getting good ride match. I have used this app extensively and never had encountered such issues before. Team need to fix this.
First time I booked Quick ride and it was Wonderful experience. Mr. Mohammad was very good, well drived and droped me to my location. This will be definitely my next choise. Thank you so much Mr. Mohammad
Booked this from My gate app. The charge was 1500 for airport drop. The driver demanded 1500 extra for him. I asked him why, he was rude and asked to cancel. Immediately called the customer care but no one attended the call. Worst and pathetic service. Never rely on them for your travelService: SUV taxi
Extremely poor experience with Quickride that turned out to be a very costly lesson for me. I booked an SUV for airport drop here in Bangalore. At the time of pick-up, we waited and waited and then driver calls me saying he is still very far. I told him we have a flight to catch but he kept making excuses. No one from Quickride called me to arrange another ride. Eventually I had to call customer service and ask to send someone asap. But it was already late, we eventually had to book another ride on Uber and with all the delay missed our flight. Had to buy another ticket for all 4 of us for next morning and now staying at a hotel bear the airport. All in all the poor service by Quickride costed me Rs.35K. Will Quickride take responsibility fir this loss? I will never use Quickride ever again in my life.Service: SUV taxi
Very Poor service from Quick Ride, Booked Taxi for 19th Jan-2023 evening 7PM and i got the driver information by 6.30 itself, but en after 7PM driver didn't came to pick me and the Map it showing driver is 4 KM away, when i called the driver he said i am coming, but even after 7.10 PM vehicle stands in the same location. I called cust care executive who allocated to me 888****476, but they are also not responding to my calls now. Is this the way to give service to people?, How can we trust your service. The same situation happened to me last month also, that's the reason by today morning itself called Cust care and informed my concern, they said sorry for Inconvenience and assured that it won't happen again in future. Very Poor Hi , I used quick ride service for airport drop on 14th, the amount showing in app while booking the cab and the actual amount differs, more over I had a paid double money for my travel which they are not refunding now, or not responding to my calls, my first attempt to pay through GPay showed pending to process, then I paid cash to driver, but very next day on 15th the amount got credited to driver account, but after that driver not responding even repeated calls, after that I raised my complaint with Quick ride and they are also providing the same feedback that their driver not responding to their calls, then somebody called from Quick ride and informed that you will get your money by today 3 pm, but still I didn’t received the money or not received any update from Quick Ride, Such poor service, I am going legally if I am not getting a response from them by tomorrow before noonService: Airport taxis
