Great prices and very friendly helpful staff. But what I like the most is their honesty. When they say its a 10 minute wait it actually is a 10 minute wait. When they're too overwhelmed with calls they give me an ETA and their drivers call when outside so I don't have to wait in the cold. I appreciate that more than being lied to about a car being 10minutes away every time i call to check on it..... High Recommend diamond taxi

I scheduled a reservation go to Airport. Its only cost me $35.It was an awesome experience using the services of DIAMOND CAB new vehicle and our driver was prompt and polite. I will definitely check these guys again when I go back to Airdrie.

This is the last time I use this service. Everytime I call them they're always late. I tried to give them another chance and still late. When I called to ask politely about the status of the taxi the guy gets mad and hang up on me when I said the taxi is late. Thats not good costumer service. There's a reason why I ask for a cab at the time requested so I can be on time to the place I'm going. Them the driver gives me another story when he arrives. Is not my fault if he doesn't start until 5am and I needed a cab earlier, if the company can't ensure I get a cab at the time requested then they shouldn't be taking services before 5am and promising costumers cabs that won't be on time. Never again with these guys. 😕
