I used AAA today to get from the far NE to Ravenswood and I had the nicest (and funniest) cab driver. We got to talking and the trip went really fast! He was super quick to pick me up so I didn't have to wait a long time. I will for sure use them again in the future!!

I am using aaa Airdrie taxi since last many years for my daughter and myself for airport drop off and some time pick up these guys never late always on time. Even sometimes my daughter did not pay them and I covered in later dates. Excellent service, trustworthy folks.thanks for great service.

This morning (Sunday) my wife called Airdrie Taxi to request a quote for taxi fares to and from our home on the west side for her employment on East Lake Road 5 days a week.
When she called, she found she had difficulty understanding what he was saying through his heavy accent. She thought he said 12 to 13 dollars He then proceed to yell at her and she thought he accidentally hung up.
My wife called back, he answered, she politely asked again what the fares were and he yelled at her again saying  “what do you want from me?”
Being done with trying to get the information, she sent him a text stating that he was being extremely rude and that we would not use his Taxi company again even on a casual basis.
Then he called back to her phone and said he would give her a discount, When she asked how much the discounted fare would be he said said the fare would be 12 to 13 dollars.
Not sure how these are discounts work.
Shabby unprofessional business practices who do not respect women.
