Cowboy Taxi Ltd

Gave the cab a time in the morning to pick me up with more then 20minutes heads up and they decide that they aren't going to show up till 15-20minutes after my pick up time... completely unacceptable!

Very very bad! As another poster said the cab just didnt show up for me either! Called on Friday night around 8:45 and the guy said a taxi would be arriving in UNDER ten minutes. We live in an apartment so we went outside to wait. 25 minutes pass so we call back and he says the cab is "on its way." Didn't tell us how long or anything. Then he calls back and gives us the cab drivers number and says we can call him if we need to?!?? What. Needless to say we called flames taxi instead and they arrived in 5 mins BOTH times. Do not use this cab service!!!!

Horrible! A driver of theirs said he'd be arriving in 3 minutes and didn't show up. Instead, he was arguing with me and saying it's not his fault that he can't show up. This complete disregard of people's time almost cost me my job! HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! The manager called to follow up after I made a complaint. He apologized, offered a $10 discount code and was trying to make excuses for their driver's incompetence. I will no longer use this service.

This is the second time the cab will show up late. Never called them when you have anything important scheduled.

I've taking cowboy taxi many times and so far I believe it's the best company in airdrie . There cowboy taxi app is great and easy to use . There car are clean and I felt save being in the car . I met a few drivers and they are so friendly and very professional . Thank you so much for your awesome and professional service!!!
