Amazing customer service. Leeza and Jason were phenomenal in helping make my Romabio brick staining project a success. I couldn't have done it without them. My heartfelt thanks for all their hard work.
Very helpful staff, excellent selection of paints, stains, papers, and all the tools you need to apply them. Prices are better than at the big-box department hardware store. So happy to have this place within walking distance!
Primetime is hands down the best in the city. Extremely comprehensive inventory + incredibly knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly staff are some of the reasons they've been the Toronto film industry's go-to for decades. There are very few endorsements better than theirs!
Living in BC there were no distributors for a floor sealer I was looking for but Primetime paint was. Even thou Peter didn't have any in stock he contacted his supplier and arranged shipment to me. That's customer service and explains his high reviews!
Best place a painter of arts can get great sample cans to use of all shades you can imagine for under 8$. This amounts to 10x a tube of acrylic at an art store priced at nearly 10$ regular price. Do the math! The service is ace and above! Great selection of brushes as well... happy savings and painting to all fellow artists.
Primetime is one of the only reliable benjamin moore outlets in the downtown core. Love this store, love the employees and just love love love.

I received the best customer service from Fern in the wallpaper department! With her long term experience and enthusiasm for helping designers like me, she was able to point me in the right directly for the exact product I was looking for. She was great at suggesting alternatives and ensuring we found the wallpaper which would suit the "look" I was going for in my client's home. Definitely will be working with her again and suggesting her to fellow designers!! Thank you again Fern :
Overwhelming selection of everything you need from paint of every shade and quality to stains & waxes..Briwax is my ultimate go to and I depend upon Primetime to have. Friendly , professional, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. What you are looking for from basics to trendsetter, they have. My go to supplier for the vast variety of simple basics to more exotic. If you can imagine it, they will help make it happen.
I have been going to this locations for few years now and all I have to say the service level is amazing . They take the time to help and explain you exactly what your requirements are.
