We just had flooring installed in our cottage and we are more than thrilled. They were very helpful when we went in to learn about flooring for our needs. Our installer was Ethan and he was very personable, did a great job on the floor. He was on time and left a very clean workplace each day when he left. We would highly recommend Ethan and Cooper Flooring for your flooring needs.
Based on my experience with Cooper's Flooring, I will be doing business with them again. I hired them to install vinyl plank flooring in my basement. At all times Adam, Olivia, and Ethan were professional, respectful, and helpful. There was a fine balance between allowing me to decide what I wanted accompanied with guidance based on their trade experience. I am very pleased with the result. If you are shopping for flooring, do not hesitate to allow them to quote the job.
Coopers flooring is a very professional company right from helping us choose the flooring best suited for our rec room to an awesome installation. They came on the dates as promised and on time. The team cleaned up all the garbage and removed it when they left. The price was good and the quality of the flooring is awesome. We should have had this done years ago! Thanks to Adam Cooper and the installers Bill and Graham.

Adam and his team are some of the best if not the best and professional tradesmen ive ever used or dealt with. Adam was very prompt with calling, showing up on time and their work was A1. Also they listened to my concerns regarding carpet choice and under padding. Adam gave me an amazing end result i dont care if i move 100 miles away i will use these guys until they retire or i expire lol great work guys!

Stay Away! Never do business with this absolutely horrible company! They are a guaranteed nightmare. Their technicians are completely unreliable. Their customer service representatives are totally negligent. And I would go as far to say anyone employed by this rotten institution is down-right rude and incompetent.
