garbage customer service , the owners name is randy and he's pretty much the most ignorant person i have ever dealt with in customer service . i went in to ask about a phone and phone plans when i asked do u have virgin here just a yes i wait a few second and ask ok well can i get pay as u go one word again yes .... pause again so i said well do u think u could maybe give me a pamphlet he walks over to the pamphlets hand me one and doesn't say anything the whole time im talking to him he did not make eye contact one time he just sat there reading something , then i asked do you have gyro break cables after his assistant looked for me they proceeded to tell me they dont know what that is LOL YOURE A BIKE SHOP AND U DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS . i looked around for a bit and guess what the owner decides to make eye contact now cuz he followed me around the store watching me making me feel uncomfortable so on that note i decided they would not get any of my business i left and went to Hamilton the next day im a proud owner of a new zte grand x2 and a cell phone plan and ordered the break cable myself on ebay i truly hope the people that work there (particularly randy) reads this and gets their S**T together

Went their to buy some used skates and I got some for my daughter they had her try them on and sized them for her
