Queen's Royal Park

After lunch we walked through town and checked out a few shops before finding our way to Queen's Royal Park. It's a beautiful walk way along the river. Very scenic and peaceful. It was nice to just relax and watch some boats go by, and watch people fall off their paddle boards.nThere was no cost to enter the park.

Situated in the town of Niagara-on-the-lake, this park is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the town. A stretch of lawn with benches for a small picnic or a small beach area to relax and have fun. A small pathway that is nice with a great view of lake Ontario. Just across the street is parking and it is conveniently located near the downtown area. A perfect tourist attraction, period.

Went for a ride to Queen's Royal Park in Niagara on the Lake, was a windy day and the sail boats were out. Great day to take pics. It was a clear day that you could see Toronto in the back ground. Parked my car in paid parking lot, but didn't pay, just kept looking back to make sure police didn't give me a ticket. Was there for half an hour then noticed a policeman at the rear of my car. Ran back and told him I only stopped to take pictures. He said no problem and let me go, so make sure you pay for parking, they like to sneak up to you car for tickets lolnAll and all was fun going to see the said boats.

The Queen's Royal Park is a beautiful park in the Niagara-on-the-Lake region where people can walk, sit and relax.nnThe view of the lake is wonderful. People can have picnics with family and friends and enjoy during summers. There are designated parking lots close to the park where one can easily pay for parking their vehicles.nnDowntown Niagara-on-the-Lake is just walking distance from the park and has some great shops, cafes and restaurants.
