Hidden Gem! Highly recommend! My wife and I have come here for date nights before, we recently took the kids for dinner, and this will be a go to spot for intimate family birthday celebrations. Very reasonable pricing - especially for child portions. The food is fantastic. Servers were very responsive and went out of the way to make us - especially our young children - feel welcome.

Hands down one of the best meals I have had anywhere last evening! We just made reservations yesterday with no problem. Started with the Greek salad. Delicious homemade dressing. Good size and split with my daughter. I ordered the Thai stir fry and added chicken to it, my daughter had the same and added shrimp to hers. Portion size was great and nicely presented. Said it was sweet and spicey but just a hint of spice. It was fantastic! My husband had the burger with fries and he loved it as well. We ended with the warm brownie with icecream and again split it, there was enough for 2 and very reasonably priced at $8. The decaf coffee came in a large mug and ended off a perfect meal! Our server Roxanne was very attentive even though the place filled up and she was the only server on, she managed quite well! I highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant and really glad they are back open for dining in! I hadn't been there since before the pandemic. Keep up doing a great job!

Cute atmosphere. Excellent food. Absolutely amazing food! A hidden new gem in Guelph. You'll be hard pressed to find a better meal in town. A wide variety of food on the menu means there's something for everyone. It's all made from scratch and so good.Food: 5/5

Went with my family and had an amazing experience. The service was amazing and on the ball from keeping our waters topped up to closing the blinds when they noticed sun in my son's eyes. The owner and kitchen took special care of our children. The food was hot and delicious. Will definitely go back to try more menu items.

Our kids arranged takeout due to COVid for my friend and me for our birthdays. We had not been to this restaurant before so we were not sure what to expect. I had the beef tenderloin and my friend had the short ribs and a Caesar salad. The food was hot when it arrived and was cooked to perfection. They even added a creme brûlée as a birthday dessert. We will definitely come here or do take out again!

I'll be coming back until I'm an old man. Braised rib still superior to any steak I can recall.

We were a group of eight that ordered a variety of entrees - pasta, souvlaki, stir fry, short ribs and fish and chips. All the meals were plentiful and very tasty. We also ordered different desserts - strawberry cheesecake, creme brulee, chocolate torte and brownie with vanilla bean ice cream. The portions were very generous and they were all delicious! Coffee drinkers enjoyed the French press they each got and tea drinkers were impressed with the size of the ceramic teapot. Presentation is obviously important to the owners; food and serving materials were all pretty! This place has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely would recommend!

Date of visit: Saturday, January 11th, 2020 One of Guelph's best Restaurants. This restaurant is only a couple of blocks from our home, but unfortunately we only just got around to checking it out. Honestly, I didn't know what to expect, but I have recently heard some great feedback from some friends who tried it. So, when we were looking for a place to go for dinner in Guelph this night we finally made the decision to go to Queens cafe. This is a small restaurant in a tiny plaza so there is not a lot of seating. Luckily there was a table at the back of the restaurant where we could done, because the front was packed and it looked like we were not going to get a table. The restaurant looks very nice inside. Clean, open Concept, long and narrow. The service started out strong, but there was a long gap between our apps and when we got dinner. There was a table of 2 ladies who sat a while after we already finished our apps and they were getting their meals before we did. The food options are really good. Individual prices are very reasonable. The food is beautifully presented, fresh ingredients, beautiful combinations, and everything was delicious. I had the lamb chops which was a special menu item and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked, fresh and properly cooked sides of mashed potatoes and veggies. The salmon was perfection and the Shanghai stir-fry was full of flavour. The apps we had calamari and egg rolls, and they were very tasty. The food is amazing. I really enjoyed everything we had. I have 2 suggestions for anyone visiting this restaurant 1 make reservations to ensure a table - it is a small restaurant 2 ask the price of the specials before ordering. The lamb chops were considerably more expensive than most menu items. They were worth it, but just a bit of a shock This is definitely going to be a regular place for us to eat in Guelph. The food was fantastic and I definitely want to try everything on the menu.

Excellent take out for a dinner party! Our guests had delicious meals, perfectly prepared to order! Everything was ready at pick up time. Wonderful beef tenderloin and rib eye steak, fantastic chicken tenders!

Great food and atmosphere. Place was packed for a weekday and the portions were generous for the price. Food was tasty and filling. Dessert was just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants a quick snack break or a hearty breakfast in Guelph.
