Level Resto Lounge

A friend recommended to check out this shisha place and I'm glad I did. The blueberry orange mint shisha flavor was really good. Tried their food and that was really tasty as well. On top of that Great customer service by the waitress sorry don't know her name. Will definitely go back.

I had a wonderful experience at Level Resto Lounge. I ordered the butter chicken plate and it had so much flavor. The music is a nice ambient touch while enjoying delicious food. The appetizer platter is also delicious with a variety of choices. My colleagues enjoyed their experience. The service was friendly and attentive to each request.

This is a hidden gem, great food and drinks, it was fairly quiet when we went, the two gents serving were courteous and attentive. The tea service is a must try! Overall a fantastic place and will be returning to try more of their menu items.

It’s a really nice lounge with great food and music. However, every time I go, I am surprised by how high the amount owing is on the machine and with no itemized bill given. After a few visits, I asked for my itemized bill after once again I paid a higher than expected bill. I saw on the bill a 15% gratuity was added without any notice, and we were only a party of two so it’s not common practice to add a gratuity for a small party. I ended up tipping on top of the tip that was added and I am starting to get the feeling that’s what they secretly hope we do. It doesn’t say anywhere on the menu that a tip is automatically included. Anyways, I am pretty disappointed about this because it seems dishonest. I always tip so it’s not the tipping that’s my issue, it’s that I feel like I was tricked to tip on top of another tip and the fact that an itemized bill is only given if requested. I don’t think I’ll be back to this lounge until I’ve heard they stop doing this and tricking customers.

Adil is the most exquisite server. Great personality and thoughtful chess moves! I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a upbeat yet relaxing evening!

I love coming here for the food shisha and drinks but the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because the bathrooms are always atrocious. They just need a proper clean, the doors to lock properly and a paper towel holder/ dispenser. The place has great potential but that’s really the only downfall, in my opinion.

Amazing food and awesome customer service. The owner even came to our table and introduced himself. He gave us recommendations from the menu and I can honestly say, I was not disappointed. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The fries and the chicken were nicely seasoned and very crunchy. I will definitely be back.

We had the pleasure of visiting this place and being served by Adil such a nice hostess. The food and vibe of the place was amazing. Only thing is the bathrooms should be cleaner, but it’s sooo amazing. Can’t wait to go back.
