Great service. They had put me into the wrong room at first on the wrong floor. As there was a hockey game coming along. They had to accommodate a family. I was there on training so didn't matter where I stayed as long as I had a bed. I was completely willing to move.but little did I know they were putting me into their jacuzzi suit. Woot woot talk about a free upgrade. I can't seem to find the photo but I've uploaded it to quality I. Photos already

Hotel and room in general was great. Plenty of parking (free), a Timmy's right beside it, a gas station beside it and the 401 right there. Only thing that sucked was the pool. The hot tub was empty...meaning there was literally no water in it and the pool looked like it needed some maintenance, the surrounding areas were dirty. Anyways, I am sure this hotel is not known for its pool.

The attendants at the front desk were incredibly friendly and even called about 20 minutes after we had checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. The room was very clean and spacious. Overall the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Oakville area

I called the same morning I was due to check in and asked for an early check in. They found me a room and had it ready for me within an hour and I was able to check in by 7:45 am. They can't promise rooms will be available earlier than the same morning as it's dependent on people checking out early. So I was lucky and the staff were very kind and professional throughout my 3 day stay. The rooms were very clean. The carpet in my room needed replacement, maybe 10 years overdue in the room carpet. But the bed, linens and other furniture were in excellent condition and modern. I can highly recommend them. Well located, in Oakville. I will be returning. Great value too.

My bandana was stolen out of my room. My colligues gym bag and other items were stolen( im guessing by the cleaners.) There job as a cleaner is to clean. Some are lazy and on our third stay would not vaccum. Cleaners are not consistent in the way they clean. It was worrisome to leave even non valuable items in the room because they would be moved and or stolen maybe out of spite cause there was a mess. Again cleaners jobs are to clean. Police frequent there regularly. My colligues had to call the cops as her items were never retrieved. I over heard there was a person who tries to open people's car doors to see if their unlocked. Staff did nothing about it. There's no outside security or no police called. Restaurant broke down. Then pool broke down. Jacuzzi is broken down but was offered gift cards to him hortons next door.rating is fair but unjust to myself and my colleagues. If you stay here watch out same things may happen to you. Building is old as you can see some mold in rooms build up on the walls.wallpaper peeling. Shelves falling off. Etc....
