They had no standard pet friendly rooms available, and instead of turning us away they put us in their junior suite at the regular rate without us even having to ask. Was the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in, with robes, a jacuzzi, food in the fridge, sleepy time teas, it was luxurious. The bed was the fold up into the wall type,an I found the mattress pretty uncomfortable but otherwise in every way it was amazing. The best hot breakfast I’ve enjoyed at any hotel

Luck of the draw. They were renovating and my room was on the floor that they were working on, so no carpeting or finishes walls in the hallways. The room was okay ( the bed was great) but very dated and smelled so badly of whatever products they were using to seal/prep the walls and floors in the hallways that I had to beg reception for some kind of air freshner. She was very apologetic and gave me a spray that helped. Unfortunately they were fully bokes and couldn't move me. Food was very basic with minimal selection.

Amazing exterior matches the amazing interior. Although the pool wasn't anything special, it was offered. The service was friendly and the continental breakfast is one of THE BEST that I've seen (besides the ludicrous amounts of sugar that the fruit salad is coated with). I LOVE how they use reusable plates and cutlery, unlike many other hotels. The room we were in are spacious and the double-bed rooms are divided by French doors for privacy.

Stayed here 2 nights for a business trip. Right off the highway and easy to find. 24 hour access to coffee, tea, water and juice. Great continental breakfast. They could use some better pillows though. Pillows were more like throw pillows.
