The perfect hotel for travelers who have been on the road all day and only 1 minute off the highway.nFriendly, efficient front desk staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed - microwave, tiny coffee maker with coffee & tea, tv, fridge, room for bags on the big desk, table and chairs for eating/drinking, clean bathroom with lots of hot water.nThe place was super quiet even though it looked almost fully booked. The beds were cozy. Loved the bottom floor rooms that had a door on the outside and inside.nWell worth the money.
My family of 4 and I stopped here to sleep for the night on out way to NB. This hotel was great. room was clean, front desk was very friendly and polite. my family and i loved it. That being said, The hotel and bar attached to it, UNWELCOMING. I dont speak very much French, but when i asked for someone to help me order for my family in English a menu was slammed down on the table and told to point. Food was mediocre. I also went down to the bar to get change for the vending machine, and the lady at the bar said no English and stormed away. I tried to get out google to help translate and she said clear as day in English I dont have time for this and stormed away. I would 100% stay at this hotel again, but the restaurant and bar attached was so horrible for a 1st experience with Quebec that i was a little anxious to stay another night there when we came back from our trip.
Right off the highway , lots of food options around, shopping centre very close. Cheap prices. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and cool ac staff was very friendly on check in. My one complaint would be that there were no towels in the room but the guy at the front desk quickly resolved that. We will definitely stay here again on our travels.
The rooms were a little dated but very clean. This seems more like a motel than hotel, s8nce we parked outside our door. I definitely would say would say this is a quiet hotel. did not hear any doors opening and closing or people talking in hallway the room had two doors, one that we drove up to and on the other side the door went out to the hallway.
The mattress was uncomfortable and the box spring has weird stains. A fitted sheet is placed around the box spring in an effort to hide their condition, and dirt has built up inside the sheet. I also identified some kind of dead bug in the mattress, thankfully not a bed bug.nnThe room smelled funny. The air conditioner was too loud to sleep with it running and not powerful enough to cool the room effectively.nThe window was unlocked, so I'd advise to double check your windows before going to bed, especially if you're on the first floor.nnBuilt up dirt can be found in all corners of the room, and I found human hair/eyelashes on the sheets and some more hair on the bathroom floor. I noticed a discarded bottle on the floor when inspecting the room.nnThe only reason I give two stars is because I didn't wake up with bedbug bites, which I was only about ~70% sure I wouldn't when I went to sleep.nnOutdated interior, limited amenities and services, hard mattresses and poor air conditioning is pretty standard for the price point, but the lack of cleanliness is repulsive.
