Grand Times Hotel Drummondville ****

The hotel is new, modern and clean. However, we stayed overnight for a work function and decided to leave the restaurant we were at for dinner and have cocktails at the hotel bar.... which is non-existent. The front receptionist sold beer, wine and liquor and you could drink in the large lobby. The front desk/bar was weird and she didn't have any ice for the drinks but suggested we go to third floor for ice. The complementary breakfast the next morning was well...definitely free. Only yogurt, fruit, toast, cereal and hard boiled eggs were available. The hotel looks so nice that I expected more. Just go out for Tim's breakfast sandwich if you want to feel full. The rooms themselves were large enough and clean which was most important, for that sole reason would stay again.

Pros: Quiet, clean hotel. Nice design + good continental breakfast. Welcoming staffs Cons: Noisy heating system. Had a hard time to sleep. Unstable temperature in the room. Had to adjust the thermostat many times during my stay (including in the middle of the night). Not enough light in the bathroom. Nice design but not practical when it comes the time to shave.

This is a new and modern hotel with a touch of good design. The view over the city is beautiful. There are a lot of places to get food around

Modern hotel with reasonable rates. Hotel was clean shower was very good, there is no restaurant on site but there are some near by. Breakfast was very basic, no hot items available. Room was ok double bed was comfy and clean. Additional hide away bed in wall for extra guests. No coffee in room but there is in the lobby.

I barely speak French but the staff were very accommodating. Hotel is in a strange place not a lot to do. But the hotel was great!! Clean with a terrific pool. Looking forward to staying again in 2018
