I have stayed here on numerous occasions for work and its always been great. Staff are very friendly and helpful for a non-french speaker such as I. The rooms seem to be somewhat newly renovated but the building seems old from the outside. A very nice restaurant is located inside but a bit on the pricey side. Overall a decent hotel, I never used any of the other eminities such as the pool, etc so I cannot comment on that.

The room was clean, the guy at the reception desk was extremely professional and genuinely seemed to care. This hotel is pet-friendly and they offerred doggie beds, treats, and toys to make the pet stay more enjoyable! Will definitely stay at a Dauphin hotel where possible.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Attached bar and restaurant but I did not try them. Close to many other restaurants.

It reminded me of the shining a bit.... the halls were long and narrow and they seemed to go on forever. The staff I found to be quite arrogant.... except the restaurant staff. They were great. If you go to the restaurant get the creme brule.... it is AMAZING!
