Quality Inn & Suites

We have stayed here 3 times so far, I like this hotel. The rooms we have had so far have all been clean, all of the beds have been super comfortable, I love the way the key cards work. Not having to slide the room key is so convenient. The restaurant that's connected to the hotel is also nice, they give you tickets for free breakfast, so nice to have real eggs and not the free continental cardboard "eggs" the server we have had all the times is super friendly and accommodating. The parking lot is fabulous, huge parking lot. The pool area is nice but the chemicals are really strong. The staff has been very friendly however upon our last stay housekeeping knocked on our door with a room key repeatedly until I got up to answer the door at 9 am. That was annoying. I'm not a fan of their location, there aren't any restaurants close by without doing some driving. They appear to be renovating some rooms, so it's good to see they are in the process of upgrading, it doesn't seem dated to me though. We only had one outlet that dropped our charger, and there was an odd outlet toward the ceiling. It took a long time for the water to get hot for my shower. Overall I would recommend staying here if you are in the area, it's a step up from the really cheap questionable options, but not as pricey as the higher ritzy hotels.

It was a bit pricey for how empty it was. The room need work. Stayed in a king bed room. Had 4 lamps only 2 plugged in. The best question would be why where there outlet at ceiling hight.....breakfast was goo. We were given tickets for the restaurant. It was not bad cook fresh. Limited for free but could order more if paying. Overall I have been in much better Quality Inn. Need that update.

Cant say much about this place as I came in late and left early. Room was nice and clean. Standard Quality inn hotel.

The worst hotel I've stayed in by far. I travel and stay in various hotels quite often for work and this was the first time I've ever been truly dissatisfied and disappointed. Things that I noticed before I even got into my room was that there was a charge to use the printer and the breakfast was inconveniently restricted to a sit down limited continental in the restaurant next door. If you plan on grabbing a hot breakfast to go be prepared to pay for the to go container as well. Ridiculous. My room was unvacuumed as there were sunflower seed shells on the floor as well as hair inside the tub and a deep pool of water filled inside my fridge drawer. I figured I was only staying for four nights and was tired after my long drive so I didn't bother to switch rooms. What really got me was when I dropped something to the side of my bed and found a magnum condom wrapper just sitting there on the floor the next day. I have NEVER had that happen before at ANY hotel I have ever stayed at. Truly disgusted and if I can rate this hotel negative stars I would.

Hallways are cold and dirty. Funny smells. Rooms need work. Pricey for what you get. Rude staff as well. Watch your billing statement, they like to sneak extra charges in, then hang up on you when you call to ask about them. Formal complaint filed with Ulster Consumer affairs.
