The Gallery Inn

I have stayed at this perfectly wonderful inn twice--once in the winter, once in the spring. And I am planning to return in the fall. The apartment suite takes up the second floor of an old building which has a lot of charm. There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen. There were English muffins and yogurt in the refrigerator upon my arrival. There is a coffee maker, and all the necessary supplies. The living area has a double bed, two nightstands with lights for reading at night, two comfortable chairs and a futon. A major plus is a porch in the back which looks over a deep backyard which includes a majestic maple tree and a few others. It is within walking distance of several good restaurants. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Lovely inn located on the Rondout in Kingston, NY. the inn was clean and the amenities met all of our needs. I love the high cielings and tall windows with a great view. Artwork throughout, nice furniture. Good value. I would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gallery Inn in Kingston, NY. It was more like staying at a friend's clean and bright cozy apartment. Within walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants in the historic Rondout waterfront. It was great to be able to sleep in and make breakfast for ourselves in the full kitchen. The Inn's owner, Nancy Donskoj, is super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the entire city of Kingston and its history.
