Quality Inn & Suites

Best quality inn I've stayed at. Rooms, beds and towels clean. Staff mildly friendly. No places of nearby. Closes area to get food around 8 miles away. Road to quality inn doesn't like it would be there but it is, it's tucked away. But to stay for a night it's good.

Staff was friendly and the room was quiet, even with a big wedding party staying there. Great views from the room and there wasn't any noise from the highway.

The water dripping in the sink left a gross brown stain. It looked like someone spit their chewing tobacco in the sink.

I had excellent customer service, delicious breakfast and very good/soft bed. Nice view from my room!!!

The bathroom was worse than Penn Station. There were PUBIC hairs all over the toilet, tub, floor, and sink. The towels were ripped and smelled awful, the carpet smelled like a wet dog. Housekeeping DID NOT visit on day 2 or 3 of our stay, only day 1 and that was after leaving a $10 tip. Therefore we had no clean towels, toiletry products, or empty garbage pails for the rest of our trip. More than half the rooms were under renovation from water damage and the hallways and all other rooms had an overwhelming musty basement/wet carpet odor. The sheets, blankets, couch, and pillows were stained and smelled as well. As we were checking in, the front desk clerk relentlessly complained about guests not providing enough information when they tried to check in! The WiFi constantly went on and off especially after 8pm. We paid over $100 a night for these conditions which we were told was a "discounted" rate. We would have been more comfortable and had better conditions sleeping in our car! I guess they don't care since they are the only game in town?
