I arrived at the Quality Inn to pick up a rental car @ 7AM the rental place did not open till 8AM. While I waited the Quality Inn staff treated me with kindness and professionalism. One member in particular, a woman named Mary offered me a hot cup of coffee and a place to sit. I told her I was not a Quality Inn customer and she still extended a warm smile and that Quality Inn profession customer care. I have used Quality Inn before while traveling, but never have I felt so welcome or experienced such great staff members at this specific location. I will highly recommend this location to my family and friends when they visit Buffalo. Thank You

I'd say, a good place in Buffalo. Definitely booking them again. The rooms were a good space to stay. Wasn't comparable to Hilton, provided that there isn't much of a price difference. Anyhow, somewhere to definitely look at. They are quite good. The area was peaceful. Out and away from the road, that's a plus! Awesome place, good value for money, if you get a nice deal!

Room was big and bed was comfortable. We stayed there because of how close it is to the Buffalo airport, and they offer 24-hour shuttle service. The bathroom was a bit unclean (clear dirt marks on the outside of the tub) but otherwise a very good place to stay for a night.

Good shuttle service. Rooms not overly clean. Breakfast was good. Service was excellent.

Staff was helpful, but parking near the building was difficult and the room wasn't very clean. The doors keys did not work consistently. I will say the sunrise out the window was gorgeous.
