You get what you pay for with this place. Don't expect much but the rooms are clean, very well furbished and perfect tly comfortable. The breakfast was a bit lackluster but there was plenty to eat. Worth staying at if you're just an overnight guest!

I tried to check into this hotel today. When I checked the bathroom the bathtub had rust marks. I saw this asian ladybug on the top blanket and took a picture. When I pulled the cover back for a second, closer picture, I discovered at least a dozen more all over the bed. At that point I grabbed my bag and went down to the desk to check out and get a refund. The front desk clerk was accomodating and spoke to Expedia when they called to put through the refund. Though she and the manager were both more than a little condescending claiming, "It's just a ladybug". Just a ladybug is fine but a dozen on one bed is too many. Especially since asian lady bugs bite. The guest services clerk even google searched asian lady bugs to assure me they are harmless while I waited in the lobby for my cab to arrive.

Stayed at Quality Inn for one night for business. The hotel is in need of a full remodel, the rooms and specifically the bathrooms need a major overhaul. I thought i made a big mistake when i got into my room. Surprisingly the hotel was quiet and i ad a great sleep. The lady at the front desk was really friendly when i checked in and gave me some computer paper to print out some business information. Staff gets 5 out of 5.

My son and I stayed here for a family event.  Our room was very nice, clean and quiet.  We were concerned about staying here because of the downtown location however we did not have any problems.  We parked our truck in the back parking lot and went for an hour long walk in the neighborhood without any issues at all.  We felt safe and were not bothered by anyone.  We would stay again.
