At 4 pm no room was ready yet so I had to wait like 15 minutes.  Finally I was given a room and an upgrade.  They should have never told me there was an upgrade because the room was terrible.  It had a table wedged in which I guess is the upgrade?  It was laughable.  There were also spills on one wall, the bed-side lights would flicker at the slightest move on the bed, but checking the plugs they were firmly seated. There was no plug in place for the alarm clock. Good thing they aren't really needed with phones, but why even have it in the room??  Everything was plugged in with cheap extension cords, didn't feel safe, not to mention no plug ins for my electronics save for the lamps. Why have a desk with no plug in place? Also the office chair was broken so unless you are about 4ft tall, no luck.  But the cherry on top was the shower in the morning.  Cranked all the way to hot, was still cold.  Couldn't go any further.  Then 5 minutes in it went ultra hot for a minute.  I tapped it to the right... And I mean tapped and cold again never to be hot again.  Terrible stay. The bed was serviceable but not overly comfortable.  The saving grace was the polite staff...ameniable and friendly.  I didn't have time in the morning to voice my concerns but would have felt bad as they were really nice to deal with.  Thankfully my 2 night stay ended up only being a 1 night stay.  A second night would have broke me.

I stayed here last weekend in one of the large rooms with a King Size Bed.  When we arrived at the hotel on Friday later afternoon, the garbage outside was full to the point of over flowing.  It was a pretty bad first impression of the hotel.  However, the room was nice and clean although the bed was  a little soft.  Unfortunately, I only had a sheet and one small blanket on the bed so I woke up pretty cold in the mornings.  My brother and his family stayed in another room, they did have a heavier blanket available in the room.  Unfortunately, when they checked in, they found that their toilet was plugged.  When they called the front desk, they sent housekeeping with a plunger.  But when they answered the door to let them in, the housekeeper just handed the plunger to my brother to fix the toilet themselves.  The free breakfast was a nice touch.  I would stay there again.

Check in they charged me damage deposit even though i had my mastercard in hand. Checkout, they claimed to smell smoke and kept my deposit without showing evidence of said "ashes" on the floor.  Careful guys. They just might take your deposit too.Rooms: 5/5

I feel torn with my review of our stay. The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. Rooms were clean and cozy. The only issue was the location of our room resulting in a lack of sleep. Our room was on the north side of the building facing the Chinese food restaurant. There is a guard dog in the fenced area that barked at the constant flow of people walking through the alley thoughout the night.

Stay elsewhere. We came from Calgary to Waskesiu to camp for a week, but were chased out by a tornado warning.  Within 2 minutes of arriving, my son had a slice down his shin about 3.5 inches long. The metal bedframe was too big for the mattress and was hanging out approximately 6" - it was covered with a sheet so you couldn't see it until you walked in to it. He was bleeding and the gash is pretty nasty. We notified staff right away and we were told that they had recently switched beds out which explains the mismatched size of bed vs bedrame. No apology or any remorse though. He said he would add it to our file for the manager and mentioned a heavy discount for the issues we encountered. In the morning when we checked out, there were no messages or mention of it for the manager,  of course.  3 bathroom towels were stained heavily. They were hanging on the rack openly visible.  We found a rotting banana beside the bed. Literally, there was mould growing on it.  There was a high, likely homeless person sleeping in the doorwell and when we complained about it nothing was done.  There was a lady in the lobby at 12am swearing anf yelling so loud on the phone- right in front of staff. And no one asked her to leave, she just carried on. It woke me up, and I went out to see what was happening myself.  Breakfast was terrible. The pancake machine broke down 3x when we were trying to use it. Sausages were pink. Coffee cannisters were empty.  No offer for a new room when we notified staff of these things. But they gave us a $20 discount. Im honestly thinking about calling a lawyer because of the bedframe gash on my sons leg. Apparently its only worth $20 and not even an apology. It was 100% an injury that could have been prevented by this hotel, but wasnt.

Rooms were dirty with left over items from previous guests and the toiletries were all broken or unusable ...my self slipped off the toilet due to unsecured toilet seat .I had 3 rooms reserved for 2 nights each room had its own issues .Rooms: 2/5

Service here no matter where you are is great. Security here makes BAILEY'S lounge one of the safest bars in Prince Albert. Beerstore prices are better than many other offsale's price in the city.Rooms: 3/5

Very nice staff , best value in PA I stay There lots. The breakfast was really good, lots of variety. The gentleman running the breakfast was really friendly and helpful, so it made a great start to my day.Rooms: 5/5

Great service, meeting rooms were accommodated without any issues..
