Friendly staff.  Decor is dated.  Pool water was foggy.  HDTV was not connected properly so the picture black and white.  But it was a place to sleep.

Drove 5 hours only to find that they had given our room away because we didn't check in by 9pm! Nowhere on the reservation did it say there was a maximum check-in time. Also, no call to ask if we were on our way or had changed our minds...nothing! To top it off the two gentleman at the front desk laughed when they were telling us what happened. Extremely poor customer service. Will never attempt to stay here again.

The conference room was adequate size and clean. Easily accesable.

The location is nice, I liked the ambiance, nothing too fancy but nothing too simple as well. Didn't have a change to stay there but by the looks of it it looks good and worked well for me.
