Upon arriving @ room....door was open, fridge open, lights and TV on. Staff very unprofessional, no uniforms, children behind desk, no face cloths and when asked for was told no we do not have. Elevator is very slow, bathroom sink tap could not be shut off , constantly ran. Pool /hot tub area not tidy, water was warm in hot tub, and during the rain outside windows and doors leaked. Will not be returning. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Worst I have been too.
It was a disappointment. The room smelled like Cigarette smoke , the carpet was damp , the lamp had black tape holding it together now that's a fire hazard. Now the bathroom have pee around the toilet, the tub wasn't washed out , no towels in the room at all. Pool was very gross stuff Floating around the inside of the pool . Hot tub was lukewarm and soapy and the bottom was Slimy . Again no towels in the pool area. The front desk workers were very rude . Even the night worked were rude , even there was a little puppy in the eating area and it peed on the rug BUT it must be a Guard dog. It was a GROSS stay I will Never stay here again. This hotel went down.
This hotel is the very definition of a Dump. The staff was very rude, disorganized and unprofessional. The room was not clean garbage sitting on the stained chair in the room and candy wrappers behind the bed . The ethernet port in the room did not work neither did the remote for the TV and there weren't even any towels in the room. As for the scenery there's nothing like the view of a prison from your hotel room. If I had to choose between staying in this hotel again or staying in my truck I would choose my truck. Will never stay here again
DUMP in one word. Check in late get room keys. Open door turns out they gave me room keys to a rented room. People jumped out bed in fear. Got right room after. Had hard time getting out my room as door was broken. Stains over walls, ATM not working, was told breakfast was til 10. Went down for breakfast at 9:30 it was over. Homeless person in lobby doors. Just a all around dump. Stay away.
Was good place to stay and quiet. Didnt give full stars because some of the Male staff are creepy and were watching underage girls through window to pool area. Also beware of added charges without explanation. We noticed after we left. Did not do anything wrong so unsure what it's for.
Was awful from start to finish. Garbage and food all over the floor. Ants in the bed room. And then FOUND BED BUGS! Possibly the worst hotel I have ever seen. We stayed for a total of 2 hours before we found the bugs.Rooms: 1/5
No housekeeping on the weekend for stayover. Not much of breakfast selection of you are on a low carb diet. Room was clean on checkin. Keep your keycard away from phone.Rooms: 2/5
Stay was ok except for bath tub was not very clean and showing its age. Also tried twice once before we arrived and once while we we're here to cancel 1 night of reservation as it wasn't needed and only got a run around. Told we couldn't check out early without loosing our money. Not very happy. With the service provided with booking.
Absolutely brutal! We were told we could not check into our rooms until 6:30! They told us our particular rooms that we booked were really dirty, others checked in as early as 1;30 pm! No excuse for that, i asked why? I asked if the people prior checked out on time? she said yes. No satisfactory response was given!Rooms: 2/5
TV didn’t work and the fridge was disgusting. Rust in the ice tray etc. they switched us to the room next door which was better. The parking lot was only half paved and not cleared well of snow. Went to walk down the stairs in the morning and there was a guy passed out at the bottom. When I informed the staff they shrugged and said they already knew and security had been called. Keepin it classy as always PA
