Story

The original Quaker Steak & Lube® was founded in 1974 in an abandoned gas station in Sharon, Pennsylvania as a “cook your own steak” restaurant. Still smokin’ hot after 40 years, “The Lube®” has been voted Best Wings USA and grown to over 60 locations. Anyone looking for hot wings, great food, lots of fun and a place to be with friends & family can get their fill at The Lube®.

I have been to this place about seven times and the law of averages would dictate at least one sub par meal. I always get a burger but I like to try a new one each time. I have yet to get a bad meal or even a mediocre one. I VERY RARELY give five stars being of the belief that if I go to a restaurant and pay $ for food then the food better be very tasty, the hot food had better be hot, the cold had better be cold, and everything had better be delicious. Five stars is a perfect score and reflects a perfect meal consistently and Quaker Steak and Lube has so far done just that. I am impressed.

Final Visit at this place. One star is very generous. Negative infinity score is more likely. Food was extremely slow to be brought out. Waiting for almost 30 minutes. We ordered wings and ribs but was not asked if we wanted them to bring them out together or not. When asked, they said they because they were ordered at the same time so they have to be brought out at the same time. Make no sense. Bring out whichever comes out first.... basic common sense. Horrible customer service , especial manager name William Dillon, who has no experiences in customer relation. He didn’t say apologize instead he raised his eyebrows and asked if we still want the food or not. I feel bad for people have to work for him and feel horrible for Quaker Steak and Lube for hiring this guy, wrong person to be in the management team.

William and Aaron are awesome managers. My co-workers and I come here for lunch 3 times a week. The service is Great and the food is phenomenal. I am 35 and never have eaten blue cheese until this place!! Love it

Quaker Steak & Lube has some of the best wings I've ever had. They're decently sized, cooked, and sauced. Plenty sauce selection. Really good food if your hungry for wings.

Interesting automotive theme, and they follow it even to the point of using a toolbox as the silverware storage area. A lot of interesting menu items. Our food was very  tasty and the service was good. It is a bit loud inside as TVs and conversational sounds echo in the dining room and they had a  kid's event going on where they could sound the horns and sirens on some emergency vehicles that were parked just outside.
