PepperJax Grill

I've been to multiple different locations and I can say without a doubt that this is the best Pepperjax I have ever been to. And this is not just a "one good time" experience, it's every time I go in. The staff always has the best attitudes and the best customer service. The managers are always so nice and willing to help as well.

Took my GF for first time. I used to go about once a week. Ordered a chz steak philly for me. She ordered chicken strips and cheese fries. Ate half of mine and nothing brought for her after 15 min. Manager comes and asks if food brought out (he took our order and money) Nope. He goes and gets it. Fries are like rubber and chicken cold. He comes back and instead of offering fresh food he gives us 2 free next trip coupons. I through them and the rubber food away and will not go back.

Great Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches cooked to order before your eyes. Fast and clean. Good portions.

This was a great meal. The brisket was tender and lean! The veggies were a good blend! Love the au jus and the mushroom gravy dipping sauces. The fries were seasoned perfectly and hot. Really good food.

1:30 in the afternoon and the place was trashed. All of the tables were dirty and chairs were still up on a couple of tables. Trash on the counters and the floor. Disgusting! Will not eat here again!
