I'll start by saying that our server was a tad off.. She took my order first and then my boyfriends order. From there she turned back to me waiting for me to order (I already had). It took 15 minutes to get my drink but it was a tad busy.. She didn't come back to refill our drinks until most of our meals were finished. When she did bring out our meals she brought out the wrong dish for me and then argued with us over what we ordered. The food was okay. One of our plates for our cheese dip was dirty; it had a chunk of dried meat stuck to it. Safe to say we probably won't be back.

Fast and very friendly service. Delivery was extremely fast and very gracious. He went beyond and above. VERY WELL WORTH THE MONEY IN TASTE, SERVICE, AND PORTIONS. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Stephens C.B IA

The food was great. Service was ok (didn't get offered straws which isn't a huge deal but the cold is rough on my teeth). It was close to closing time, so our server was busy. They were all polite though.

Typically go there once a week.. So often the waitress knows our names. We've never had any problems, until this evening. Tonight was horrible. There were MULTIPLE mistakes!! Got sat at a dirty table. Ordered waters & an alcohol beverage.. Waters took more than 5 minutes to come to the table. Received no chips and salsa. Had to ask/remind just to get them. Finally our alcohol beverage made it to the table. (I'm guessing there was a delay between our waitress and the bartender because the bar said they made it as soon as it came in) Ordered our food, X time passes.. The food comes out.. They both come out with something wrong. While waiting for the mistakes to be corrected our food is just sitting there getting cold. The AC was up really high and blew right on the table on top of it. (they refused to turn it down, there was no other place to sit and they would not aim the vent in a different direction.. we asked and mentioned it twice) the person with me was finished eating before my food was even corrected. We asked for a manager, was told only the bartender is here, no manager. I said that's fine. Asked two times before someone came over. We explained the issues. She said she will see what she can do and she's very sorry.. She will call a manager. Fast forward.. I'm finished eating now, we haven't heard from any one. Our waitress comes over and we ask hey what's going on with the bartender, she hasn't got back to us... She says she'll go figure it out. A different lady comes over and says our supervisor is not gonna compensate you for your food getting cold from the AC. I told her, there was way more issues, so I guess our server misinformed you. She said no, she knew the mistakes. We explained anyhow, to make sure.. We explained everything, every detail. She said well, like I said we aren't compensating anything, pay the ticket or we are calling the cops. We asked if the supervisor could speak with us. She said he's too busy. We left our number, for him to call us. Which I doubt we'll happen but we'll see. What a shame that they do NOT care about their customers or how their experience was... Nothing. Very disappointed. This was our favorite ''Mexican'' place. Guess we won't be making the trip back to Iowa.

Usually the service and food is great. Tonight however, the waitress got my order wrong, didn't offer to replace it or discount it and forgot my Corona. We will be back, we all have bad nights.
