I ordered Vegetarian burrito bowl. Food was good. Staff was friendly and the Service was pretty quick. Definitely going to come back againFood: 4/5

The staff here are great.  They are fast and very effective during meal time rush.  We let the staff know of an allergy and they all were aware of the procedure and offered to change gloves and clean the work surfaces.  This is a very accommodating team. It made us feel very accepted.  Great work.  The food turned out great and we look forward to the next time we can come and enjoy a great experience.  More on the food.   The portions were great and the flavors were up there with the best in this chain.  Dietary restrictions: Were able to offer to change gloves and clean prep areas. Generous portions of food, lots of veggies with no extra cost. Making your bowl to your liking and decent healthy choices of food to pick from for a fast food option. I am celiac and have never had any issues with the cross contamination. Staff is friendly and quick.  Dietary restrictions: Celiac- Gluten free

Had the steak burrito, difficult to eat and doesn't provide a traditional burrito taste where all ingredients are tasted in each bite. Shaped like a football where several bites of  rice proceed any other toppings. The cheese sauce tastes like an extremely salty cheese whiz. Overall not terrible and id try a different menu item next time but my first impression does not leave me excited to go back any time soon.

The food is great and it's a clean establishment. The service is horrible I have 3 different individuals help with my order and only one of the 3 deserves a 5 star she is to be commended for a professionalism. The other two girls just left a bitter taste. I was ordering for for my whole family so it wasn't a small order. She kept on rushing and want me to complete one meal and walk back and forth for each order. The need to be retrained.

Literally the best Brisket bowl/burrito bowl I've had in a longest time basically since I moved to Canada from Dubai 6 years ago haha. I've always passed by this place but never had time to go in but recently I was like ok gotta try it so went in and one of the staff recommended this bowl and I'm so happy he did haha since then I've been few times within couple weeks. I've tried literally every place here in London and I guarantee you that this is the best /cleanset place you will ever be. Also the staff are amazing. 

The Employees don’t offer toppings. You need to ask them to put toppings. I had friends who we’re trying QDOBA for the first time, they’re experience was not good. Whenever we travel to south east Ontario, we try to eat at QDOBA. The experience was not great at all.Food: 1/5

Terrible experience. Got two bowls 30 mins before closing. The steak and chicken were old, cold and spongy as if it had been sitting for a while.  It was too cold so I asked the staff if they can microwave or heat it up and they said no we close in 3 mins.  It seems that the food quality drops and no one cares before closing even though 30 mins before closing is pretty reasonable. Paid $50 for cold food that was inedible.

Super friendly staff, was my first time at. qDOBA and they helped me figure out what to order!  Loved my burrito shrimp bowl and the fresh made guacamole!! Will come back again for sure!!
