Kluck It

We decided to come to Kluck It before the London Lightning game, looking forward to a great meal. However, we were greatly disappointed. The customer service was lacking as we had to ring a bell for service. The employee who helped us seemed miserable to be there. The food took quite some time to come out to us. While we were waiting, there was no music playing so it was just awkward silence. When our food came, it was decent. Hot, pretty good flavour wise, but really nothing special. We didn’t finish our fries because they were mediocre. The employees spent their time in the back, so when we left there was literally just us in the storefront. Overall, not worth the price, lack of customer service, or mediocre food. BTRMLK is a much better alternative if you are looking for fried chicken in London.

It’s tough to review properly as it’s been very inconsistent. First off it’s not anything like it was when they first opened. They became the best place for chicken in London immediately. Yes sometimes they would forget a side or sauce. It would take an hour wait for your food. But all that considered, this place was still worth it and a 5 star. Unfortunately, sometime around when they opened their storefront it’s gone downhill quite a bit. The chicken sandwiches are 2/3 the size, the tacos and fries are 1/2 the size, you pay for toppings like cheese and coleslaw where it used to all be included. You can’t even add more than 3 toppings to the tacos even if willing to pay. Sometimes the strips are regular size but last time we ordered they were small and cooked in burnt oil as they tasted awful. Definitely one of the harder reviews I have had to do. I truly loved this place along with all my friends and would be my #1 recommendation for fried chicken in London to anyone who asked me. I can no longer say that unfortunately and really wish you guys would go back to how it was when you originally opened.

Update: the fries were microwaved. Update two: hair in my burger. Update three: after looking at some other reviews, we’ve realized that a good number of the good reviews are fake. Placed an online order, came in to get it. One guy out front who disappeared into the back once we got there. Lights were all off in the kitchen and I rang the bell because we were tired of waiting. Got there on time for it to be ready and waited another 20 minutes after being told it would be about 2-3 minutes more. Some sort of sauce on the outside of the bag, our waffles were all cold and soft and the chicken mostly breading. At least the fries were microwaved. For the price, go to a sit in restaurant. I won’t be ordering here again. Parking: Paid parking nearby.

Okay I gotta say this place is so good! I have never been to the restaurant but I have ordered from here THREE times with Uber Eats. Things we love: - They always have buy one get one free meals online - Their food is actually good and fresh - Creativity and something new we love the waffle sandwich I have ordered the waffle sandwich meal, chicken sandwich meal, and the large krazy fries combo. Waffle sandwich - so filling, great flavours, large portion Chicken sandwich - pretty good, a little small for my tastes, but also very tasty Krazy fries combo - AMAZING so much food I could barely finish it, a little too much coleslaw not for people that don't like coleslaw in this case I would recommend going without it. Definitely get with honey garlic sauce! The french fries have the best spice! I think they are some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend. Chicken is so juicy and crispy too. We love it and it's becoming one of our fave ordering spots in London!

Food was great, much better than I expected when I saw the place. It's a little run down and doesn't look the cleanest, but I'd eat here again.Food: 5/5

Food is good in taste but wait times are crazy. They don’t have enough staff. It’s supposed to be a Fast Food outlet but on average it takes 40 min for the orders. I have seen people shouting on them, canceling there order. I was with family and it took my order 50 min Saturday night. They also have increased the prices making it 30$ average per person cost. When you place the order, they will charge for everything inside the burger which should come standard with the price. I suggest them to check on their prices and make your service FAST and more customer friendly.

A bit too pricey and some topping were supposed to be included in the meal but had to pay for them as an extra which is weird! Other than that, loved the chicken waffles experience Food: 4/5

I don't know what to say besides what is this abomination I guess they didn't have vegetables the day that I ordered? Also the order took an hour to make when they said 30 minutes and I guess they forgot to say it's ready when it's ready If you like cold food this is a perfect spot for you!!! Side note the cheese is not worth a penny. Funny thing is that I didn't even ask for it and they still put cheese on my burger. I guess they can't even get rid of it even if they try to they put so much processed cheese to a point that I can't even taste the meat. Its pretty hard to mess up a burger but some how they did it in a specular fashion.

They are not transparent about price. They posted on their website "buy one get one free" but when you pay its only 25% off on their final price. My advice to owner: Be transparent
