Purple Rainbow Florist

I came in here with my relative to get some flowers. The lady at the counter was very rude and almost seemed as if she didn't want the business. I was very upset that she was talking like that to my relative, a senior. I was very surprised, and first chalked it up to perhaps being an ESL issue, but I saw the lady be equally rude to another customer. We had questions about prices, flower types/ bouquets style - all basic stuff - all the same quite the same gruff/ rude/ disrespectful reply. Very odd behaviour from a business that is focused on customer service. As we were in a rush, still begrudgingly bought a bouquet, but I would caution anyone that needs flowers to stay well away. Rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate and inappropriate is how this business and its staff are. Stay the heck away and try elsewhere.

I came for a surprise gift for my best friend not too long ago. There were a nice variety of fresh flowers and plants to select from, and I bought a beautiful bouquet that had a lovely fragrance. (My best friend loved them) Along with friendly service, I will for sure come by when around the area.

Really friendly service every time that I have gone. The selections of flowers are way better than anything you'd find at a grocer. All of the bouquets I have gotten from there are nicely arranged and smell vibrantly.

Friendly service. Beautiful bouquet delivered. Great easy to navigate website and easy to have flowers ordered and delivered. Really appreciate the courtesy call before hand for the delivery! I've been coming to this florist since I was little every year for Mother's Day and they are still wonderful.
