Four Seasons Floral and Gift Design

I came across this place after work. Now I always come get my flowers from this place even though I live in Richmond. It's family owned with great value and quality. The owners are very kind and put a lot of effort into the flowers. Their customer service is extremely passionate, they will try and will arrange flowers to suit customers for any kind of event. Honestly this flower shop deserves more recognition for how much effort they put into their service and flowers.

I came here on Valentines day to buy my wife a bouquet of florals. I saw how hectic it was, but I can tell each florist was doing their very best to be as quick as they can. I have to say that sometimes florist do not get enough credits and appreciation on a crazy day like this (thats why I am writing this review). I am so so glad that I came across this local shop knowing that each florist had the same motive which was to help us ensure that our ladies was happy on valentines day. I just want to thank you all for your hard work and my wife loved her bouquet. 5 stars all the way. Definitely will return next year! 😀

Came here for the first time yesterday and was amazed at how efficient they were at creating the bundle of roses that I had requested earlier. Although the store was super busy because of Valentine's Day, they made my order in less than 15 minutes. The customer service was excellent and I am looking forward to coming back for future purchases.

Florist were professional and completed my order under 30 minutes. All I said I wanted was something very beautiful for $50. Excellent results!!!

Do not buy flowers from this florist. I was excited so surprise my girlfriend, so I waited until the open to place my order, to which they guaranteed deliver before noon, after waiting a few hours, I found out they were late, so I called again and again, she finally received her flowers right before the store closed, to find out that most of the flowers were withering, and they looked NOTHING like the picture advertised on their website. The quality of the flowers is horrible, and they do not look fresh at all. I strongly advise avoiding this florist.
