I am SO impressed with Balconi Floral Design Studio! I called Balconi on a Monday morning and Ivana assisted me with my custom order for an anniversary arrangement for my parents. She was able to help me create a dried floral arrangement that met my budget along with a gift box. I wanted something similar to their Tess arrangement online but bigger and Ivana was able to accommodate my request. Not only that, but they made a same day delivery by 4pm and my parents absolutely loved the flowers & gift box! Very reasonable price and delivery fee for the quality of flowers and vase that they put together. I didn't get to see the arrangement until my mom sent me a picture and it exceeded my expectations by far! Thank you so much Ivana and the Balconi team. 10/10 would recommend them for your floral needs for any occasion!
Stephanie and the team at Balconi are the best florists in town! I can't seem to be satisfied anywhere else ever since I've gone to them. They always use the most beautiful, lush, fresh flowers, and create stunning arrangements fit for any occasion. I've actually only ever ordered florist's choice of arrangement, as I can depend on their great taste and creative sensibilities. Service is top notch too! Thank you, Balconi for always being so kind and wonderful :
I've bought from Balconi three times but my majority experience here has been disappointing. In both of my last two orders, they had to give me flowers other than what I paid for. Neither of the flowers I chose online were labelled as out of stock. I'd like to have had the chance to order a bigger bouquet from them, but their lack of consistency and reliability does not convince me to spend the extra dollars here. I will not be giving them a fourth chance for fear of them having to give me another disappointing phone call.
I am so happy to find this place for my son’s 1st birthday party. Even though I explained the concept of table decoration to the florist very briefly, but she sensed exactly what I want. And I am really satisfied with her flower design for my little one. I could feel how much she cared for my son’s party. I usually don’t write a review but I wanted to express my appreciation through this. Thank you very much!
My absolute favourite florist in the city- hands down! These ladies have such an amazing eye for florals and am so happy to have found them. They put together the best bouquets in the city and offer delivery too!
My mother and I frequently buy from Balconi Floral and they have never disappointed. Their floral arrangements are always stunning and their staff are always so easy to communicate with!
Ordered a bouquet online and so glad we did! The service was friendly with with great communication! The flowers were beautiful! They even allowed us to customize a little to avoid certain flowers too! Will be buying flowers from here going forward!
Stephanie created an absolutely stunning bridal bouquet and boutonniere for my sister's wedding. I sent her a *lot* of very detailed requests colours, flowers, shape, size, ribbon, foilage and she matched everything I wanted absolutely perfectly, even better than I could have imagined. I'm still impressed with how patient she was with me. I have to say I was kinda bridezilla even though I wasn't even the bride! This gift for my sister was very important. She gave me knowledgeable suggestions and asked questions and for clarification when needed, which I appreciated a lot. The bride and groom were thrilled on their wedding day. I would highly recommend Balconi floral, and in particular Stephanie. Thank you Stephanie!! <3
