EDIT: Upon my second order they substituted tulips for roses. Being that I ordered it on a Monday for Tuesday delivery, they did not attempt to let me know the change in flowers. I then e-mailed and was informed via e-mail bounce-back I would receive a reply within 24 hours. 48+ passed with no reply. Upon second e-mail I sent, they finally replied and stated their policy states they have the right to substitute flowers. Being that these were Valentine's Day flowers, I wanted this perfect. On top of this, the bouquet was small for what I paid, lilies have not bloomed and the flowers are wilting. In short service is poor - if even existent. Don't be fooled by positive reviews - know that a discount is given to those who leave reviews. Not impressed and will not be a returning customer.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to choose a flower arrangement and how nice of you to remind us that I needed a vase. The personal information was easy to fill out and suggestions were given as well. Thank you for your wonderful service. My friend will be so happy to receive such beautiful flowers. Won't let me post how wonderful your service is.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 3 dozen pink roses for delivery. When the roses arrived, more than half of them were brown and weathered looking. Quite frankly, you could get better roses at your local grocery store. I contacted customer service but they did not resolve the issue - they made excuses and tried to put the blame on me. This company embarrassed me with their junk product. Find a different company with a better track record!

Was offered $10 back on my order to leave a positive review but prefer to make people aware of some negative aspects of their service. The positives are that the delivery was made to the correct place at the correct time, although it was left outside on the doorstep without making anyone aware it was there. The negatives are that the cost was much higher than I expected as I was not made aware that the price I agreed to pay would be inflated by the addition of taxes and that I would be charged in US dollars. As I have a UK credit card which gives the best exchange rate possible & I was purchasing from a Canadian company displaying a price in Canadian dollars I did not expect to suddenly be charged the same amount in US dollars, hardly equivalent when converting into £GB. Lastly (and I would love to be able to add a photo) I would not describe a single individual Babybel and a snack size sliver of cheddar as "Gourmet cheese"!!

I would give 0 stars if I could! I paid extra to have flowers delivered on Dec. 31st to a friend who is battling cancer. Today is Jan 2nd and I haven't hear anything from her so I called Bloomex. They told me the order was not delivered and they need to find out why, they will call me on Jan.3rd. I am extremely upset and will never use this company again! I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charges.
Update: My friend passed away before getting the order 5 days later!
