Nice and quick service. The staff is super friendly. If you return Amazon packages and it gives you a Purolator QR code… Apparently this is the only location in Vancouver that takes this type of return. All you need to do is use the machine at this location, scam QR and drop off label and the item, you’re done. Hope this helps.
Purolator is by far the most incompetent delivery service. Why I am forced to use this conspiracy to deliver products from amazon I don’t understand. But it will prevent me from doing so in the future. They attempted to deliver my package to the wrong address Friday. I confirmed and resubmitted my address Sunday. It is now Thursday and I have no indication on when my product will arrive. This is a big and expensive item and I need to be home to receive it. It is very frustrating that after being told by customer service my package would arrive the next day, that I wake up to see an address correction is required. I can not even pick up my package on site because they need to update the address first. This is ridiculous. What a horrible delivery company.
This has become a Notice Delivery company. I have not received my last 3 packages. For each package I only received a post-it on my mailbox. The first I did not had the time to pick it up and they sent my products back. The second I went and picked it up myself and had to pay Uber and waste my time and the third I am struggling right now with both phone and chat to get it delivered. Contacted numerous times. and the call center agents lie that the package will be sent but it's not. Lot's of lost packages and lies. The management is failing this in glory. If you order something, leave a note in the order that Canada post should be used. They are more reliable.
I wished I can give them 5 stars review. The driver couldn’t delivery the package to my at 10:26am this morning when we were open with a full building of people. Then I got a text message that I have to pick it up at the store on W Pender St. in the afternoon. What a waste of my time. They asked me for proof of name and address, like paystub. I don’t have a driver license with my work address, and my paystub is from my head office in Alberta. I am already frustrated that I have pick it up after work already. If the driver can delivery the package in the morning, I wouldn’t be so upset. There is no good global delivery company out there anymore.
I didn't want to leave the negative review but this is really horrible. I supposed to receive my parcel by December 29 but still haven't received. My parcel was picked up and in sort facility of our province in 28th in my city but suddenly status changed to weather delay even the weather was fine. And all of sudden, my parcel went to the another sort facility in different province. Besides, the estimate is keep changing everyday and now, it's saying Still Caculating. What are you guys doing with my parcel? It was in sort facility in our province at the first place but why did you send it to the different province? This is so annoying. It's not even first time happening.
I was waiting patiently yet anxiously for an important package that was supposed to come before my overseas trip to Asia. I used the “chat” feature on the website to track the package and told them to give me a call if they are arriving. Thank goodness I did in fact receive it on time.
Each time I come here after delivery wasn't really attempted I hope that my experience will be better than the last time. It never is. This morning I walk in to pickup a package with my son and there is no one at the desk. I assume that the "ding" when the door opens would alert the counter staff to a customer being inside. After another 2 min I ring the bell on the counter. After another minute an employee emerges from the back while staring at his phone, texting. He proceeds to spend another 30 seconds finishing his text while standing 10 ft from the counter. He still hasn't looked at us or acknowledged our presence. Customer service definitely isn't a priority, that is for sure. Seems some retraining is highly needed.
Just went through the worst delivery service to date. "Have to be home to sign for and recieve large package" "We cannot give you an estimate on what time we'll be there, or if it will even be tommorow" "It's could be delivered between 8am and 8pm, so call us at *9am* to have us page the driver with your number and for a rough eta" Leave an updated note on the delivery with my buzzer and phone number to call half hour before they arrive, talk to them to confirm this only to be told the morning of... "OH we can't page the driver whoever told you that is mistaken"was told by 2 separate people on 2 separate calls The driver: " I'm 5 minutes away, I can wait 10, oh no there was no updated note on your delivery" I make it there in 5 minutes only for the driver to leave the large overweight package at the street with no way for me to get it up to my unit by myself. Luckily a neighbor happened to be there...should have just paid the neighbor. Purolator is the worst. Seriously use any other service, I do a lot of shipping and the utter lack of caring by this company is appalling. If I could get a refund for the delivery I would but I can only imagine the hassle that would take. Spend uour money elsewhere.
It's not a Package, It's not a promise, It;'s a ^$%#^%$ JOKE! Despite being easily accessible and only 10 minutes away from the Urban center of North Vancouver Purolater won't deliver to my area because there isn't enough demand. There are about 100 houses in my area. I pointed out there isn't any demand because they won't deliver! I was awaiting car parts and had disassembled my car to install them. Not only were the parts late as they passed the buck around, I had to rebuild my car and though it wasn't safe to drive, and drive it across town to pick up my package. Purolater doesn't care about you, or your package, They care about their own bottom line. It's not a promise , it's a bad joke! Pure ya later! I only left a star because I had too.
Wish there was a way to give zero or negative stars. Purolator is terrible. They used to come to my building and just post stickers on the door and leave without buzzing anyone. Now they don't even do that and send a text to come pick it up at their office. What's the point of paying to get something delivered when their office is further from the place that was delivering it? Complete garbage
