Greyhound Courier Express

I’ve taken the Amtrak train into Everett, WA a few years back to go and see my friends music concert. Getting to the station is easy via Skytrain, transit-bus, taxi, drop off my family, friends or ride share service. The station is generally clean with a couple places to eat inside A&W at the time, a small cafe, which was nice. There was a small souvenir/tshirt store inside too. Purchasing my tickets was easy, the staff are all nice and no problems. I have also taken the Greyhound bus service from there to visit friends out of town and again, good service. Clean, in time and helpful staff. :

Our bus was originally delayed for 5 hours, but after the second time calling they finally told us the bus was broken down and not moving any time soon. The refund page is broken and when I'd ask for help my calling, the chat page and by email they would gaslight me into saying the page did work or avoid the topic all together. I DO NOT RECCOMEND taking greyhound unless you want to be a few days late or loose your money when you decide to take a more reliable form of transportation

Incredibly unsafe. They will leave you stranded in another country for over an hour in the middle of the night. If you’re lucky enough to actually get a different means of travel that’s safer they won’t process a refund. So you end up stranded in another country, in the middle of the night, they refuse to give your money back under any circumstances EVEN if you purchase the refundable option. Their customer service team takes over a week to respond because I’m sure I’m not the only one complaining.

5 hours after a bus was due to depart, we recieved an email that the route was canceled. Greyhound customer service confirmed this TWICE, we couldn't find our 80 year old mother! Low and behold, the bus did leave and did arrive in Seattle. Greyhound had no clue and no contact information. Book with cantrail or amtrack. Never with Greyhound.

Never buy a ticket from this company. I bought the ticket but the bus did not come, the company is not able to answer what happened. I had to understand a ticket from another company so as not to miss the trip, as I had a hotel and a return ticket. The company does not want to refund. Never, again, never buy tickets from this disreputable and dishonest company. They are scammers.

Good experience, our driver from Vancouver to seattle, Adam, was amazing! Made the experience great and the journey easy & enjoyable for everyone GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE !!!

Worst experience ever! I've missed the flight due to the bus cancellation and didn't get any notice So I contacted with customer center and all I was told is I cannot get a refund bc it's non-refundable ticket!!! If you have any plans with greyhound, just DON'T

After reading several bad reviews about the Pacific Greyhound station I went in with hesitancy. But gladly I came away with an excellent experience including polite and helpful staff and a great little coffee shop. Overall a very good experience.

In the name of anything you hold dear ,DO NOT use this company. If that's your only option then postpone your plans please or just stay home. They cancelled the bus without any notification whatsoever. I was stranded in a strange city The station did not have working WiFi. That was unfortunately supposed to be the last bus for the day, even amongst the other buses. Customer Care were not the least bit concerned. It was every man for himself. Some persons ended up sleeping outside on the benches. The next morning the driver let us get onboard, he was the only person in the company that gave aid.

Would NEVR RECOMMEND buying tickets from this company, you will put yourself at risk of wandering on the streets in a foreign country in the middle of the night, waiting for a bus that will NEVER ARRIVE. Had the worst experience with their company in my life, waited 2 hrs in the middle of the night, even got kicked out from their station and waited on the streets just to be notified that their company CANCELED that bus. It was 3:30 am at this point, didn’t give us a reason nor did they give us a solution. Emailed them for a refund for the half of ticket and got REJECTED???? This is exactly what they meant in the email they replied me: Because I bought the Economy tickets they don’t need to be responsible in at least showing up, nor do they need to refund me. This is a company that will TAKE YOUR MONEY and NEVER SHOW UP. BE AWARE
