DHL Express

Today I was waiting for very important delivery so I took a day off from work, around 1pm I received SMS stating- We tried to deliver but no one was at home. The driver was even near my home at the time. When I called the head office they promised delivery by end of the day but that never happened. I would never deal with this company.

Picked up a package here on Saturday noon. Quick, thorough, friendly service. Street parking only, hard to find.

DHL is our favorite delivery service. Local. Regional. National. International. DHL makes life so much easier. Having a location within walking distance from office is very very convenient and makes the process even easier. 5 stars all the way across all services offered at DHL Express.

The most disgusting service ever called them 10 time in one day to re deliver my package Everytime they told me a lie and last time they said it's ready for pick up but it was not I was on the train and raining

Somehow I refused a package while at work! Amazing! Then try to speak to a human. Good luck. Avoid at all COSTS

Like others have said, this company's service is terrible - The delivery drivers make no attempt to hand you the package. They just leave a slip saying "receiver not at home" and expect you to drive to the airport to pick it up. Amazing how DHL isn't addressing this major flaw in their service.
