Fedex Office - Kinko's

I can't get my FedEx package because their operating time is even shorter than my working schedule and totally included within. Day off for package sounds ridiculous but that's what you have to do to pick up. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the time is really a problem for pickup spot.

The hours are awful. I ordered something online, and the FedEx delivery agent didn’t buzz the apartment something that happens often, and is not the fault of this business. The item was then sent here for pickup. My business here is not voluntary, yet I still need to take a half day off of work to drive out here and pick up my package. There are other FedEx pickup locations nearby with reasonable hours. If you keep hours this awful, you shouldn’t be a courier pickup location. Period.

if you have another option take it. fedex is terrible. i wish i could give less than one star. apparently their people can't read address labels or use enterphones. i would think both of those skills are needed to be a delivery service.

I dropped off a returned faulty ev charging station which was heavy. 2 customers inside and a staff lady came out to help me right the way. Just took me less than 1 to 2 minutes. Quick service!

I went to pick up 2 parcels and they said only 1 was there. It was a 50lbs parcel and they refused to help carry it to my car. After contacting the seller regarding the other parcel, they said it was at that location 1595 W Broadway. To sum things up, they are incredibly dysfunctional and disorganized. It is total chaos in there and they are not giving fedex a good look. They don't even advertise their business hours.

Had something important and time sensitive to get overseas in order to fly my husband home. They were really nice, helpful, and patient helping me navigate the best way to get the item there. Very friendly! Package got there in the nick of time and all worked out.

Why can't you update your hours online. Wasted time coming to your store only to find different hours. I will also notify FedEx. That's not consistent with a big company like FedEx.

1 attempt to deliver my package + no reasonable explanation why they couldn't find it when I went for pickup. Note that no one left a sticker stating that they attempted delivery and I found out 20 days later. Do yourself a favor and use UPS

Nightmare of an experience. Do not care about their customers and didn't even bother to spend time looking for my package when I had received confirmation from FedEx that it had been delivered there. Should choose another job field.

Absolutely horrible service. I don't normally do these things but the level of disorganization and chaos I witnessed in trying to get a packaged shipped was quite incredible. If you can, ship it yourself.
