Beautiful location and the most helpful pharmacy staff I've encountered.  Ela is so knowledgable, friendly, and helpful.  Alyssa the manager has helped with recommendations that have really made an impact on my day-to-day life.  They know me by name, and make me feel a part of the Lonsdale community.  I also respect the steps they've taken to be safety conscious and navigate the covid pandemic.  Thank you!!

This is a great pharmacy run by people who truly care. I know I can get great recommendations and friendly service. I really enjoy their atmosphere, sometimes being in a pharmacy and talking about medications/picking up new medication can be stressful but they make it easier. I appreciate when the pharmacist has taken the time to verbally explain my new medications so that I have a chance to ask follow-up questions. I initially came here when I started seeing Dr. Jolene Kennett at the naturopath office attached to the pharmacy. I will continue to use this pharmacy from now on. Thanks Pure Pharmacy North Van!

This is my favourite pharmacy! I didn't think I'd ever have a favourite pharmacy? It's cute and the staff is super friendly. There's a great selection of products and Alyssa is very knowledgeable about each of them. Ela always gets our prescriptions refilled super quickly too trust me, there's a lot. I always look forward to picking up a refill so I can say a quick hello and find a new supplement or skincare product while I'm at it!

This pharmacy is amazing. I'm a patient of Dr. Jolene Kennett, her office is in the same building. The service at this pharmacy is unparalleled, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff is fantastic. They are very informed and they truly care about their customers. Delivery is always very fast and efficient, and the gentleman who delivers the items, Geoffrey, is extremely kind. They stock only the best products as well. I am a loyal customer! Pure Integrative Pharmacy is unmatched in my opinion.

Got my flu shot as a walk in here and the experience was so seamless I had to qrite a review. No appointment necessary, super quick and easy process. Kudos to the pharmacist working today, it was the most painless shot I've literally ever gotten

I really love this location the pharmacists and staff are very approachable, professional and always have time for questions and concerns. Super friendly too and always have time for everyone who walks through the door. I come all the way from Lynn Valley to get my naturopathic prescriptions and natural remedies here.   A true gem of a business!

This location was quite the disappointment, they have the worst hours I have ever seen for a pharmacy. They are never open, if you leave messages and they never call you back.  They never seem to have my medications in their location and constantly have me going to the location in Edgemont even though I have been using this location for months. There's no point of even going here as they fail to do the basic things pharmacies should. I would not recommend this location at all. You're better off with Shoppers Drug Mart.
